OK, my favourite Doctor is the 8th, Christopher Eccleston, my favourite Villains are the Daleks and the Sea Devils, my favourite episode so far from the new series is Parting of the Ways, and the worst person in the series is K9

I think the new Doctor Who is.....different to the old ones. It has more humour, but some plots don't fully make sense, like the last episode. Also Conker_Rocket, it's a TV series not movies. I'll vote, yes, as the old ones were not bad, the new one is OK-ish and I'm sort of unsure about the next one.
