So has everyone else finished Stranger?

Last night I plugged it in for the first time in about a month and got to the point where the Grubbs give Stranger the boat.

Yeah, I know, I'm pathetic. But, to be fair, I have had a homework overload this semester, not to mention piles of paperwork to organise my trip to the US.

So is there anyone else out there in the same position as me, who (to put in another way) still can't go to the Spoiler Forum? Come on, make me feel better people!

I haven't played Stranger in a while, which is good. I rushes through it the first time and finished it in two days. That was a big mistake. I've played intermittently since then, but I'm trying to go cold turnkey for a few months so the experience will be that much more enjoyable when I start up again.

Anyway, yes. I have finished Stranger, and have played the game through at least 9 times by now. Gets better each time I play it.

I finished it once, took me about 3 days. Never touched it after that. Had to many other games that I wanted to play: DMC3, MGS:SE, Timesplitters:FP. I am now busy with DMC3 on hard and easy (want to finish at least DMD and maybe all S ranks, and maybe after that all SS ranks). I already finished Timesplitters, and wont touch it again for single player, and I only finished mgs once (want to finish atleast Extreme). So I need to do very much. Then I have also an unfinished gta:sa and halo2. So I don't think I will play stranger again for a long time.

Whenever I play Stranger again I always find something new like big cash piles I missed previously. That one reason I love this game, I always find something new in it.

Yes, I just finished it a day ago, and still am playing it. Truthfully, at the end, it really made me cry. (not just the tear in your eye, the bawling part is what Im talking bout) but the game is actually awesome.

1 His sig is a nice lead in to a compliment i was trying to pay him. You DO understand poetic licence ?

Aw, damn. I'm in Kimon's current position. I played it about 16 hours straight the first time through... And now, well, I'll play it perhaps when I have absoloutely nothing to do. I wish I played it like, one hour a day. Then I would have probably finished it yestarday.

Pace yourself even more, Nate!

Did I cry at the end? Wha? No. It didn't seem very emotional.

I finished the game twice, one right after the other. Due to the current draught of good games (Prince of Persia and Shadow of Rome are just too annoying to play any more), I'm now contemplating going for three. On my second play, I attempted to capture every Outlaw in the game alive (in the hopes of some bonus content), but it's impossible due to the snipers who die when they fall from their murder-holes.

Buy Psychonauts man. I only played the demo and I'm in love with it. Too bad I'm going to be out of the country before it's released here.

I am (ashamed to say) not amongst the X-Box owners as of yet. I am a bit of a budget gamer I'm affraid and I bought a PS2 with the knowledge that Munch's Oddysee was in the works FOR PS2. When they shifted, I couldn't so I've never played an X-Box OI title. Well, except for the Munch demo at Comic-Con '02. Ooh, and I get stickers, and frisbees, and all sorts of goodies, and lots of free Sobe... That was an awesome booth for that year.

I beat it twice then... meh. To me, no matter how good a game is, even if it was the godliest game ever, they just have no replay value for me. I play it once, and then... thats it for me. Without any surprises in a story or something else, a game just isn't replayable for me. Not even the games that give you bonuses the first time through.

You guys kinda spoilin' it fer 'deh other people's that haven't played or finished it yet. Don't try teh spoil the endin' fer everyone.

As fer me, I'm still playin' it. My 5th time playin it over 'gain. It just doesn't get old! Like how I played Munch's Oddysey over 50 times, and it STILL never got old! But no, since Stranger's Wrath is out, I play it more than MO. (btw, I still cry at the end. I just dunno why, but it get's a tear in my eye. it's so weird)
