Question Question about Secto [major plot spoilers revealed]

From watching the ending I gathered that Secto was the octopus and he must have clinged to the old steefs head right? I watched the other video's with Secto in them and it just looks kinda hard for the octopus to stay on his head like that, the steefs head must have been squished down in his suit or something. Or am I just wrong?

Sekto was an Octigi, and you understand it is a parasite (most people don't for some reason), but I have no idea how Sekto fit on the old steef's head. I'll have to see if he was wearing that scarf thing at the end.

in that last movie it seemed to me that Olden Steef's head was kinda low in the suit...

I liked the details on the old steef, the scars from the tentacles suction cups, the pruned up skin, the lack of hair and horns...

I don't see how anyone could NOT figure out that Sekto was attached to the old steef, controlling his body.

Ya I just watched the end again and it looks like his head is pretty low in the suit.

I was puzzled about him sitting on the Old Steef's head as well...when I watched again I thought that maybe Sekto's head is not completely solid, it could be just a kind of skin that could then fit over the head of the Old Steef. It's pretty far fetched but it could work. Either that or Sekto just as a really big mouth that fits over the head.

I guess a parasite would have something like that.

The old Steefs head was inside of Sekto. As you watch Sekto swim away at the end you see a whole in his center with filth spilling out of it. The boils and blisters all over the steefs head is a pretty good clue to this as well.

I actually didn't comprehend that Sekto was the octopus in the river until the second time I watched the movie. I thought the swimming creature was a spy or something, and that the Old Steef had simply been corrupted. Then the possibility of a parasite dawned on me, I looked on the Internet and saw people discussing it, and then I watched the ending vid again and it made perfect sense. That's when I noticed the marks on the Old Steef were from suction cups; my first impression was that he had just ended up like the Emperor on Return of the Jedi.

As for Sekto fitting on the Steef's head, I think it wouldn't be too difficult. Given that octopi have no bones, you'd be amazed at what they can squeeze into or stretch over.

Well my first impression was that sekto had the steef's head in its mouth also, but the steef had suction cup marks on his face so I think he was just on top his head.

And by the way yes the armor was awesome.

I loved stranger's armour. Everytime they would upgrade or change his armor I would take a minute and circle the camera around Stranger, just so I could look at it.

To tell you the truth, I liked both equally.

I mean the bounty hunter outfit was just kick ass and it was very well designed. His hat actually had a rim that was more than one polygon! I couldn't believe they could fit that in! Also, his huge boots were a big part of his attitude. He'll kick your ass if you mess with him The way I see it, Stranger is: The Pancho, The Hat, The Boots, and The Walk

The steef armor, on the other hand, was incredibly detailed and it looked like real armor. The horns, the attention to detail on his legs and tail and whatnot, everything was so gorgeous about it. I kinda wish the armor was shiny, though, it would have added more luster to his character.

Yeah but the armor was ancient armor so it couldn't of been shiny although shiny is always good thing

Sekto's suit had high shoulders. Really high shoulders, so it was possible to hide the Steef's head because the collar came up to just under Sekto's eyes. Sad ending that was. But Boy did Stranger look bad-ass.

Yeah, shiny would've been cool. I think the Grubbs could have cleaned the armor up a bit. I can see them now: "Dude, that shiny armor is freakin' awesome, man!" But he still looks as angry as if you just slapped his momma! Or... whatever sort of parental figure he has...

And by the way, ConkerTribe, Banjo-Kazooie IS one of, if not THE greatest games ever... I'm 16 friggin years old and I love it
