London.
Or somewhere nice in America - because they speak English!

Erm....not everywhere in London is that great, and the living expenses here are amongst the highest in the world, rivalled only by Tokyo. Trust me, the cost of everything here is a lot higher than most of the world. Doesn't bother me, because I was born here, but it would be a shock for someone not from London. For example, the average price of a one bedroom apartment in London is £220,000 (about $400k) basically, that's the standard price. If you add any more bedrooms, you add another £100,000 for each bedroom. Plus, it's a rat race here. Trust me, I basically live in an area of North Paddington, and all you hear are cars, people and sirens. No peace, except for when you go to the parks.
Oh, and back on topic. I'd love to stay in London (if my mum leaves me this big old townhouse) or move to Tokyo; Kenya, South Africa, America, Malaysia or Australia. If I stayed here, I'd probably sell up and move about 15 minutes away to Mayfair, Chelsea or South Kensington. Living in Mayfair is so appealing. I mean, I'd love to be able to walk to Oxford St. and South Molton Street within a few minutes.
