why can't you order it for europe??? I think you can it only makes it really expensive, but that doesn't get in the way for a real fan :P. Shipping costs, and a game in NTSC, which you can't play on PAL. But you have the DVD with region code, I think, so you also need something to play that thing.

I hope they do release something similar here in Australia. Though I guess we'd get it if Europe got it (sharing PAL and all). Sounds good! Hope it has artwork from the previous games that we've not yet seen before.

Hmmm ... I was thinking of just getting a friend to pick my copy of Stranger up and send it to me. Maybe I'll order through EB instead. That's if they'll ship to Australia. Or I could get them to ship it to her, which means I have to wait longer for it to arrive here though.

Actually this pre-order DVD is available a couple of weeks before the game is launched. I believe Jan. 3rd. You go to an EB and put down some $ to reserved your game and you receive the movie DVD right there!
I highly recommend doing whatever you can to get the presell DVD. For fans and collectors it is a must have. This is the first time all the movies have been compiled on a single source separate from the games. If you order online you might want to call and double check to make sure you get it, due to the limited time offer status. If you get it in-store (January) you should be able to get it real time : ) Contact your retailers!!!!

I just back from my Local EBGames. Pre-ordered Stranger's Wrath and asked the guy about the DVD. He said all kinds of games do promotions for pre-orders, so this game would'nt be any different and I'd be sure to get the DVD. I hope so. =)
Alf, and Alf's Assistant, what about the countries other than America? I haven't heard anything about even the possibility of an international release? It seems rather unfair (unless an international release is being worked on already).

Theoretically, I could get someone in the US to put their name down for a copy, and have them retrieve the DVD at the time. Then later cancel the order. Being NTSC doesn't bother me, as I've got a zone unlocker, in a machine which supports multiple 'types': PAL, NTSC, and the other lesser known ones.
But, it still urks me that those without such devices who don't live in the US are going to be excluded. And what with Alf mentioning that it was a limited time offer, suggests that it will only be in the US. Unless you have something installed for us non-Americans at a later date? Seems fair.
