Am I missing something?

http://www.gamespot.com/news/2004/11...s_6113071.html

gamespot announced the new title of OW:SW saying "The sixth title in the Oddworld franchise... ". Am I missing two games or is gamespot just wrong? Unless they're referring to titles announced but not necessarily released which would include Sligstorm and Hand of Odd.

GameSpot aren't all that correct when it comes to details they pick up from sources other than Oddworld employees. Initially I thought they might be including both Oddworld Adventures, and the gameboy Munch's Oddysee. But that'd mean Oddworld is up to number seven. So, either they made an honest mistake. Or Oddworld have two games, or sequels that the general public haven't been informed of as of yet.

Yeah. I think GameSpot got it wrong

Yeah, gamespot's information is usually completely wrong about somethings. One time they even said that Insomniac Games made a GBA game when everyone knows that they've made Spyro the Dragon and Ratchet and Clank ONLY for the PS2. It was quite funny because Gamespot even had a pic of the GBA game, which was a Super Mario Bros. game, with Insomniac's list of games!
