Oddworld Online... ...?

I may have just thought this up in my mind...and created my own false memories without realising...but did I hear somewhere, a long time ago that there might be an online Oddworld game? Y'know with lots of people all working as individual characters? (and I dont mean Hand of Odd btw). Maybe its just something I thought sounded cool, and thought I saw something about it... anyone else heard anything about this? Or is it all a figment of my imagination?

BTW: FF Online, if it comes out in England, will ROCK!

There was a planned Oddworld online animated series, proposed during the approach of Munch's Oddysee, but that disappeared without a trace. The company that was going to do the work shut down, I think.

EDIT: I found the official website, though there's obviously nothing to look at now. It first appeared in May 2000.

Heh, I forgot to mention in my first post that I had never heard of such a thing, and the Animated Series is just the closest thing I could think you could be thinking about.

But having thought about it a bit more, there was a game going to appear on Oddworld.com when it was still run by GT Interactive (i.e. just before the long-term 'Coming soon' that preceded Munch's Oddysee), called 'Playing the Odds'.
