If you mean some kind of software to alter the game, then as far as I know, no such thing exists. Departed member Reese once reckoned he'd be able to create a new Oddworld game by extracting, editing and generally fiddling with files in the games, though I don't know if that's true or not.

If you mean an imaging programme to manually adapt and alter screenshots of the game, then yes. Many a Joe could do that.

Otherwise, I'm stumped.

You also have to realize that it'd be illegal and you'd most likely be sued for it, wether it was used for profit or not.

still, a level editor would be fun... I probably wouldn't come up with anything good though.

Whats I means is in the instruction manual it says some of the games have an editor... and I was wondering who has this type of the game and if they can get permission from OWI to put the games in zip files on you site (kinda like drew... except SO is his...)

Heh, I remember Drew's games. Of course you'd need permission for OWI to post them on your site, or anywhere, but the 'editor' the manual talks about has never made itself known.
