Sorry I've been away a few days.

South line now reaches Cathedral Station.

Edd, for a video about a rail bridge, there's a disappointing lack of minecarts!

Havoc... Wil and I had a pretty in-depth discussion about how the tunnel will go under the cathedral. Man, you must have wasted a lot of time digging that tunnel the wrong way.
As for your lighthouse, the west track is eventually going that way anyway and it happens to be pretty much dead straight across the sea from Ma'Spa Depot. Unless you actually object, I will go there. If you genuinely don't want a station there then I'll avoid it.

EDIT:
Also Edd, I've started digging the tunnel under the cathedral (it's at the right depth and lined up at both ends now); I believe this is the one you wanted to decorate with bricks? It's all yours! I've prettified Wil's end and I'll dig out the tunnel some time soon if you don't. It's a little complex down at the cathedral end, so check it out before you start planning too hard (you'll see what I mean when you go down there).

That tunnel is just the underground version of the tracks going to Farmer's Interchange. At the start it's the same depth as Cathedral station (56) and later on it goes deeper so other tunnels can go over it. I didn't start on the main tracks to Cathedral station because I didn't know how you were going to do it.

Edit: Meh, thought you guys would keep it the same depth. Figured that was deep enough to go under the Cathedral. Oh well, then it will just be at different heights.

Wil intends to make a crypt. Gotta go under that.

Oh, and I forgot to mention it before, but your station looks great, Wil.

Ah, see I didn't know that . No biggie though, I'll just repurpose the tunnel I dug.

Ok.

I've been digging out the tunnel under the cathedral. I'm maybe two thirds done and have met only one major obstacle so far - AKA. one of the really horrible, knotty cavern systems. My solution has been somewhat... ramshackle, as I know Edd intends to change all the blocks down there. Just saying though, it's not at all safe, so exercise caution down there.

Oh, and I recall that the stronghold hut is out west somewhere. I might consider taking the west line there.

At some point I'm going to be tidying up the caverns below the Cathedral anyway to make way for the crypt and... anything else that might go down there. If the problem is actually under the Cathedral, I'll help tidy it up for you.

Uhm, the bricks was just an idea if nobody could think of something better - I think for consistency, you should now do the tunnels like how they look approaching cathedral station from Ma'Spa Depot. They look a lot better than what I was going to do which was one big brick tunnel, and will require less work.

Besides, I have a few other things to do ATM anyway.

Well I'm not doing glowstone lamps all the way 'cus I'm almost out of them, now. Plus they're a pain in the neck. As is digging out two tunnels, and wiring redstone for power rails in Wil's tunnels. There's a pretty good place for a change in style just beyond Cathedral Station where the track passes through the top of a ravine, and I've made the end of the Cathedral style look broken and fractured and generally torn apart by the seizures of the earth.

Generally I'm happy for a change of style and if Edd's not sure about what he had planned then I'll either copy the style used on the North Line's tunnel, or let someone else think of something. But I think a Victoriana-style brick sewage pipe would be quite cool.

This is getting strange. I just downgraded my client just to see if that was the problem and I'm still not getting any other message other than Kicked by Admin. Very strange. Anything to do?

Google brought no results for once.

Is it the same problem we had with tda/missph? I added them to the whitelist but they still couldn't join because they needed to be added to a behind-the-scenes whitelist I didn't have access to. I thought we'd made the in-game whitelist work properly, but maybe something has disturbed it and made us return to the old system.

Ridg3, can you connect to other multiplayer servers? I checked the logs and there's still no record of you logging in. I've double-checked the whitelist in the server backend - You're there.

Double check that you have the right IP address.

I'm able to join the second server but unable to join the first. I checked and double checked but the IP isn't incorrect.

So where is a ideal location for the temple? I'm always wondering since it's not just me on the map and i'm worried I might take someone's land.

There's a large, flat, unclaimed area behind the Enderman with good public transport links and a sea view.

Also, someone has come to admire Edd's viaduct...

Enchilado has his house hidden somewhere around there though so you may want to find and make a note of that before you build anything there.

EDIT: Oh and BTW, if you haven't already you all should really go look at the RF topic in Fan Corner and read what I've said there. There may be a possibility for people to contribute components/designs to the project.

Yeah the more help the better. I know I'm not the only Zelda fan on the forums.

EDIT: I've made a start flattening the ground behind the Enderman and I've also decided to use mixes of different Woods to make the outside part.
Just to experiment, I made the entrance to the temple and it looks pretty cool. If your on the server, drop by and see for yourself

Hear ye, hear ye. Mountain Station can now be reached via the South Line, direct from Ma'Spa Depot.

While looking for buckets, I discovered I had a hoard of clay at Ma'Spa. All the walls and ceilings and floors in the tunnel under the cathedral are finished, but ten lengths of the tunnel still need stair-corners. (10 lengths, each 10 blocks long, times 4 corners, means 400 stairs, means 600 brick blocks, though my attempts at Minecraft maths are always shaky at best).

So if anyone has any clay they don't need...?

Wil, the ceiling of the tunnel contains a line of lava for lighting. Having explicitly pointed this out, I am now absolved of liability should you fall into it while digging a crypt. I've already heard one creeper burning to death in the stretch where it passes through a cavern.

Also, I may have 'borrowed' four buckets from Nikki's Genesis cottage...

I need dirt. and lots of it.

Splat, I gathered enough clay (and drowned once 'cause of the bloody glitch where the bucket only removes water from the floor and not above the player, and I couldn't type /gamemode in time, but somehow managed to recover my stuff by looking at the coordinates before I respawned) and finished your tunnel. There's a stack and a bit left over... I smelted it, you can find it spread throughout the furnaces.

E: I'm very tipsy, my judgement isn't the best ATM. I made a crap joke about rep. Forget I posted this.

Now I'm back from holiday, I shall remind people that the Stronghold raid will be taking place on Friday the 1st of June, starting at 9PM GMT BST. Hmm, I may need a bigger clock. Unless that time comes and not many people turn up.
We will meet at the Longhouse of the Dragon Slayers or whatever that thing is called, and I'm thinking I might try and make either a train line or a path or at least a signpost leading there some time prior to the event, since I only found it by dumb luck myself.

And on that topic, I'd like to reiterate a question I previously asked Havoc, which is...

Havoc, your lighthouse is pretty much perfectly in line with Ma'Spa Depot, and it'll be no trouble at all to build a station there once I begin work on the West Line. Do you actually want me to not do this? Do you want to keep the lighthouse far away from any transport routes? Would it bother you if I gave it a station?

EDIT: Oh, and while we're here, Dripik, are you still ok to work on Exoddus Station? I'm not in a hurry or anything and am aware that Minecraft may not be your top priority right now; just checking you're still happy.
And there will soon(ish) be lines in place to Nikki's house and Dripik's desert village. These will have small stations which might be nice if they match the local architecture. I'm happy to have a go myself, but I thought I'd give you guys the option of building your own stations first (I say this in the knowledge that Nikki hasn't been on the server for ages, and I'm already asking a lot of Dripik at Exoddus).
And finally, Ma'Spa Depot's storage chests are now full of cobblestone (as are the 'temporary' chests in Cathedral Station and in the tunnel under the cathedral), and I'm going to start trashing it soon. You haul it, it's yours, but please leave about a chestful for me.
