#7 Slig: "I hope it's not locked."

*tries to open the slidedoor*

#7 Slig: "It's locked!"

Rick: "Go from there. Let me handle it!"

#7 Slig: "But I'm telling you! It's locked!"

Rick: "Not for me."

*grabs the slidedoor and opens it*

Rick: "Wow, this door is soo rusty."

#7 Slig's thoughts: "Wow, this guy doesn't know his own strenght."

#7 Slig: "Look, there is a mining helmet with a lamp on it. We could use that."

Rick: "Ok."

*Rick puts on the helmet and turns the light on*

Rick: "Now, do you know where we could get inside the vent?"

#7 Slig: "Of course, I know. Follow me."

Arnie: "So, Bob, I suppose you are not hungry."

Bob: "Of course I'm hungry. Those Paramite Steaks are not much for my hunger. Let's go to the Cafeteria!"

Arnie: "Ok, I'll show the way."

Otto: "Hey, don't leave me here!"

Bob: "Who's the short guy?"

Arnie: "He's an executive-in-training. His name is Otto."

*Arnie, Otto, and Bob go to the Cafeteria*

Trask- Actually, that Mudokon village, we're here! *they come up to a bunch of huts scattered around. A Mud tomahawker guards the entrance*

Mud guard- Trask? Is that you?

Trask- Of course!

Mud guard- Where's Harc and Drogin?

Trask- Busy. This is Red Muse, he needs one of your shamans. He's got internal injuries I think.

Mud guard- Sure come on in. *directs them to shaman hut*

Shaman- Trask, good gentle slig, you wish me to do something for you?

Trask- Not for me, for him, he'd wounded.

Shaman- Say no more, bring him in and lay him down, any friend of Trask is a friend of ours.

Trask- *Helps Muse lay down and goes to wait outside*

*Rick spots that #7 Slig is scared*

*climbs up to the vent and crawls forward in it*

Rick: "It seems safe. Come on!"

#7 Slig: "Uhm, Ok. But my gun is here, remember, I can protect myself."

Rick: "Who's gonna protect me?"

#7 Slig: "You can chant and stuff, don't be afraid."

Rick: "But I can't possess a shadow."

#7 Slig: "That's bad. Ok, I'll protect you too."

*turns on Night-Seein'-Glasses*

Jeff- *suddenly knocks on Arnie's office door and comes in* I'm a fast walker. My problem is that I have this test subject, Subject 429. He escaped last week and I have reason to believe he snuck into this factory. He is a Mudokon, he has pitch black skin, makes him easier to blend in with shadows, he has the power to create amazing optical illusions such as making duplicates of himself or making himself disappear or reappear out of nowhere. He is also insane. We scheduled for him to be terminated, being that he is a failure, but the day before his termination was to be carried out, he escaped from the labs. I've brought a lethal team of six interns to find him and take him out, if you don't mind us intruding for this little 'extermination'.

*Rick and #7 Slig crawl in the vent for a quarter of an hour*

Rick: "Wow, this vent is long. I wonder when we will find the sha..."

*stops talking*

#7 Slig: "What's wrong?"

*Rick whispers to #7 Slig*

Rick: "There it is."

#7 Slig: "Yes, I can see it. What should we do?"

Rick: "I'm not sure that he can be hurt by a shot. He's like a ghost. You should try to slap him and we should take Jayne away while the shadow is knocked out."

ooc: Is that possible, Latamire_Munch? You can exterminate the shadow after this. What do you say?

Rick: "Isn't it strange that you could touch the Shadow with your gun?"

#7 Slig: "This is not a shadow! This is a Mudokon! With black skin!"

Rick: "How did you know?"

#7 Slig: "An earlier executive in Slig Barracks used me to find hidden Mudokons in dark areas and slap them, then pull them back to the boss. Most of them finished in Bombing Range."

Rick: "Poor souls. They were terrified, I supposed."

#7 Slig: "Yeah... After I caught them. So, let's take Jayne back to the others."

*they carry Jayne to the entrance of the vent*

*they start to run to Arnie*

#7 Slig: "Ooops. Almost forgot her here."

*they grab Jayne and goes to the boss*

#7 Slig: "Boss, there's a Mudokon in the vent. He caught Jayne, but we rescued her. The Mudokon is still in there."

Arnie: "#7 Slig, go and tell all this to Jeff, the Vykkers. He brought a group of Interns, too."

#7 Slig: "Ok, boss."

*goes to Jeff and tells everything about the Mudokon*

Drogin- *meanwhile is still searching for Jayne, unbeknownst that Rick and #7 slig already found her. When he finally reaches that spot, he sees the unconcious Shadow laying there* It's him! that thing! *he pokes him* He's not a real shadow. He looks like a Mudokon.

Shadow- *suddenly stirs and wakes. He sees Drogin standing over him* You come to kill 429? I guess I fell asleep. You gonna kill me?

Drogin- Erm, no I'm not going to kill you. You're not so scary. I thought you were a monster.

Shadow- Not really, just a Mud.

Drogin- How'd you end up like that?

Shadow- Jeff did this to me.

Drogin- Jeff?

Shadow- A Vykker, he should be here now, to kill me.

Drogin- Why would he want to kill you?

Shadow- He says I'm a 'failed experiment' because I don't follow his command. Then I ran away to here to find some fun, but I guess nobody wants to play.

Drogin- Well, I'm not gonna let anyone kill you, come with me. *takes Shadow out of the vents*

Rick: "Well, yes, I understand what you're talking about, boss."
