Well it was making the game too easy - I agree with this. Gives more reason to make little outposts when exploring and mining, and sleep at night. It's something I realised what was missing from the OWF server when playing (legitimately - Not flying around in Creative) on Dripik's or in Singleplayer.

Later when I want a break from doing RF I'll spend some time building a more permanent one legitimately on it's own site - Maybe it's something we can all do together at some point if we assign sections and a start and end point for each section.

But yeah it'll stay for a week or more if it's popular. But it can't stay there. It was just a "doodle" that evolved into something bigger.

Doing an epic one together would be great. We could make plots or something, and people can work on their plot as they want, with the condition that they leave it complete if they stop working on it for any length of time.

I taped the coaster. This is also a good way of looking at the Ma'Spa area from a high vantage point on Far distance if you don't have a PC that can manage that.

My elevator is pretty much finished! Just need a few more repeaters in place to make sure the button is hidden long enough for the elevator to have stopped.

I would like to test some of the faster elevator designs again now that the server is much faster. I think the design I've got is nice and visually impressive, but seeing as it can only move 12 spaces up or down, it's really more about it being cool, rather than extremely useful.

also, looks like the new snapshot will be making my lightswitch design a bit deprecated when it goes live

you know you can get vertical repeaters or you could just do what you did there....

you mean to move the signal up? I know you can, used it in a few places in there. The areas where I didn't use that was because I wanted to make sure the only delay was in a bank of easily adjusted repeaters.
