That looks nothing like me.
:
I wouldn't have minded the cutout, being a unique (signed!) item and all, but I'd have to a) take it home on the cramped London Underground, b) give awkward explainations to my parents, and then find both c) room and d) a suitable use* for a 5-foot video game character.
Factor in that I really like the Sekto Springs t-shirt and that Crash is more active in the fanbase than I am, and it was an easy decision. I did ask Crash what size he caught first, though.
If anyone's curious, I had to answer Lorne's question "Who stitched Abe's lips together?" The answer, of course, is "Sam. His mother. Because he wouldn't stop crying." Mine was the only hand that went up.
Me and Wil (I totally went round the expo with JAW for the last hour or so) later bumped into Crash and his friend trying, with some difficulty, to lug it down the crowded exhibition hall. I felt better for that.
*More suitable than what we discussed with Crash.

All of the point above is exactly what happened (Apart from the awkward explanations to my parents because it was my dad who got me into Oddworld in the first place)
Whilst waiting for my parents, I was outside the event sitting down with Abe next to me. I got about three people asking me if I could have a picture with it (One guy was a staff member) and a couple of people asking could they have it! I was so worried about either losing it or breaking it I couldn't wait to go.
However, like what I predicted the Underground was a nightmare. I had to go on a two busy tubes across London carrying it with me. Obviously I got quite I few looks
Well anyway, it's home now and it's currently in the conservatory. I like to move it around and put in the window to scare people. Yesterday I had the people across the street come over asking me what the hell was it.
