I haven't posted in this thread for god knows how long, but anyways, I'm not sure if any of you guys know yet, but there's a really high possibility that in the future, we'll see Minecraft Legos.

There's this thing called Lego Cuusoo where you can post your ideas for new Lego sets or something and Minecraft was posted there and it got over 5000 supporters already and someone from Lego commented that they'd love to see Minecraft Legos. Now Mojang made an official Minecraft Lego page and you can support it here.

I myself would like to see some Minecraft Legos.

This was made by some Minecraft/Lego fan and he'll be working with the team if they get to make the Minecraft Legos.

Can't say I see the point. Minecraft is basically Lego's with an interactive layer. Minecraft Lego's would just be normal Lego's. What's the added value here?

Supposing you have enough MC Lego blocks to do it. But there's already creative mode for testing.

It might end up being popular among the younger audience though.

Here's a texture pack I'm currently working on called The Obvious Pack. It's not finished yet, but I'd appreciate some feedback. The goal is to make everything as clear as possible, especially ore. I also have made block edges easily distinguishable from the rest of the block.

There are some things I don't like in this version, but I'm not too sure how they can be improved. Your opinions are valued.

Hmmm. So it turns Iron Ore blocks into red cubes. This is actually cool. Not sure I like the pink gravel but I'm sure this pack would be of benefit to some people.

It makes all of the ores other than diamond red. Diamond becomes purple with a light blue spot. You would have to be colourblind to miss it.

Sheep eat grass and regain their wool.
When sheared, sheep drop 1-3 wool instead of 2-4.[3]
Added multiple languages.
Added a "spawn mob" egg item to creative mode.

Debug features:

Pressing B changes gamemode.

Bug fixes:

Farmland is no longer destroyed by items and particles.
Corrected a setTileEntity multiplayer bug.
Corrected a powered rail bug.
Corrected a redstone update bug.

I'm looking forward to these updates. They will hopefully be more about fun and adding cool new things rather than getting it to a point they can call finished.

Alexfili, the gravel is one of the things I don't like right now. I think I'm going to add something to it or make it a really obvious pale green. At the moment I'm thinking that the green would be unnecessary as gravel is hard to miss at the best of times.
