The spelling comment kind of gets the full brunt of my 'Hypocrites' comment, but anyone who remembers that they used to be a bad poster deciding to hate on bad posters when they join is a hypocrite.
Intergrating into the community superposes they want to fit in and will become 'good' posters to do so, and I don't think anybody here started off as a great poster. Feel free to try and prove me otherwise, but remember this forum has a large large archive.
nah. we just like being shits.

I agree. If we want this community to grow, then discouraging waves of kids 13 years old and younger is they wrong thing to do. Even if they're annoying, they'll eventually learn the rules and become a great poster.
I think we should make it easier for new members. New members might not understand the rules at first, so we shouldn't be expecting much from them. So when the do something wrong, they should merely be warned instead of getting banned.
But the longer they are active on the forums, we should start expecting more from them. If they've been warned once or twice before, then they should know that it's wrong and if they do it again then they can get temp. banned.
“I always believe the movies I've made are smarter than the way they are perceived by sort of mass culture and by the critics,” Snyder said, a statement he immediately followed by saying, “Also, ‘It looks like a video game.’
Paint? Hell you'll get some nifty photoshop stuff, boy. I'll even draw a cross somewhere for you to make you feel more comfortable. Just let me know where you want it.
People (you included) have been saying that so often for the last lustrum that it would imply OWF started on the peak of Everest.
How about you define the 'Before' and 'After' states the next time you say that things aren't as good as they were?
The quality of humour of these forums has declined somewhat since early 2010. Like I said, it's probably due to OANST's relative inactivity, he wasn't the only amusing poster but he was often a party starter - for lack of a better metaphor.

Ah, we are high school boys,
the miserable high school boys.
If we were girls, we could get popular by doing anything:
rock band, jazz band,
karate, kendo, mahjong, cyborg, synchronized swimming...
On the other hand, high school boys are
useless outside battle and sports anime.
But they're recklessly trying to make a slice-of-life anime about us.

Also, I miss thay guy who was making that 2D Oddworld flashgame with all his original ideas. We have a tendency to not finish anything in the fancorner don't we
Do you really think I'm that much of a bastard that I'll think that they aren't good enough reasons to come back? I didn't even know the fucking reasons in the first place! Nobody told me anything.
How do you know what I believe Nate? How about trying to talk to me before you tell me what I THINK because you got it all fucking wrong.
I think MoxCo's is the comment that's out of line.
