Server has been updated to 1.8 Beta.

There seems to be a bug with the color of old paintings and chests though, as earlier reported.

Edit: But this is fixed when you use the item, it seems.

If we really decide for tonight, I won't be available until 7:00PM GMT. Not to mention that we haven't heard from many others who would definately want to come along. I think we should wait it out before we decide on a time for our exodus.

EDIT: Don't Right click items from chests when your inventory is full, it will cause Minecraft to crash.

On balance, it might be worth holding off a day or two. I just installed 1.8 and it runs like shit, and OptiFine hasn’t been updated yet. Might be worth giving Mojang time to iron out some bugs and let modders update their stuff.

Add the server to your server list and double click on it. Or direct connect using the IP adress. Server is up and running so it should work fine.

Well fuck.

Somehow I ended up at DH's house with all my farming supplies and everything (I do NOT remember walking there) and on the way home I had a look at the Cursed Pick Cave with Hulaabeo.

On the way out of it I met a zombie and for some reason couldn't attack. So I tried to log out and my shit computer was slow as fuck in bringing up the menu and I died just as I logged out.

I can't be bothered gathering more mushrooms and saplings and whatever, so I'm coming completely unprepared.

9PM GMT sounds good to me.

Hey, what about setting up some giant redstone gates around the rivers?
It might make the server lag to hell everytime you open it up, but it could make a pretty awesome piece in addition to Sekto Springs!

I can probably make that. Might be busy though depending on if I finish this work I need to do. If I’m not there by the time everyone else is, just start without me.

Also if I am on, don’t expect miracles. 1.8 runs much slower on my PC than 1.7 did.
