I definitely thought it was 9 because the 9 is prominent and the "0" of "10" had been faded out compared to the rest of the writing. But yeah, at a push I would have said 90. But seems like it was 8! Haha.

Welcome to the forums and the ARG hunt, any help is appreciated You are correct - the animation on the Soulstorm page has indeed changed to be the front of Abe's face.

Every time there is a new piece of the ARG to solve, we create a separate thread for that piece. Earlier on we completed piece 6, and as a result of that the animation changed. There is some morse code hidden in the new video of Abe's face, and we're sort of investigating that now, whilst waiting for the next part to begin.

So as of right now we have two open challenges: get 45k Facebook likes, and get 23k Twitter followers.

Facebook stands at 43,751 and Twitter is at 22.6k.

Besides these, we’ve also got three more Pieces that have yet to be revealed.

We’re unlikely to see anything new happen over the weekend, so it looks like next week we’ll be back to waiting for a new challenge.

At the rate we’re going, I think we’re going to have every other Piece unlocked before 2 and 3.

I wonder then if the next challenges are going to be more time-consuming, as with the Witness puzzle? That took us a full week to solve, and I think they want to avoid having us sitting around waiting for their social media followers to rack up.

I’d be anticipating some tougher challenges coming up soon, folks.

Definitely agree. I think the ARG has had quite a steady progression of difficulty so far, from starting out with just Photoshops and the likes. I imagine it's been hard for them to gauge how quickly we'd be solving the pieces.

I'm still holding out there's going to be an Exoddus based challenge, I think that would be really cool, but perhaps quite difficult. Also, it's not really a product OWI are pushing anymore.

If nobody has finished the Witness puzzle (Trust me, I haven't)

I messed with the contrast on the trigrid image. Some triangles get knocked out, but others stay in. corresponding with the colors and such, there has to be a puzzle from The Witness (Or elsewhere) that matches up. It obviously means something but I can't figure it out since I don't have The Witness.

The puzzle was indeed solved before the weekend, it had to do with the HEX codes of the colours that corresponded with the first puzzle's shape... check out this thread to how it went below - the solution comes in the last few pages; but again welcome to the forums and make sure you get stuck in with the next piece!
