He doesn't do this stuff for attention, he does it coz he wants to take magic to another kind of level, that future magicians can improve on even further. And he's just showing that you can put your body past it's limit if you put your mind to it

I heard he talked to his girlfriend nearer the start of his ordeal. Not that this is much of an ordeal compared to what he's done in the past. I'm dissing his latest stunt, but I appreciate what he's done in the past, just for the record.

Someone does go up on another crane every so often to talk to him and check up on him, but i'm not entirely sure.

I know, I just said that this doesn't seem magical. David Blaine is the only magician of his kind. I actually wouldn't call him a magician. He's more of an extreme stuntman type, but that doesn't fit him either. He should have his own category.
