Just got this back from asking "Which one?" :

Believe it's generic, but any ideas what it means? Doesn't work in the caeser cipher

It's like the signal's fading out into static. I really hope it just means we're entering the next stage of the ARG and there's not some sort of time limit to solving it.

Hopefully more details/clues will come with the face reveal image. Abe's hand was for 18k followers, chest for 20k, and it looks like the face will be revealed at 22k.

They're currently on 21,974. So close! Seems to have slowed considerably in the last week.

Think about it: Exoddus is not even a real word. They knew that sooner or later somebody might figure that out so as a matter of precaution they added an extra "d" letter, under the pretext of being edgy and funny.
