WOOOOO! That was awesome to watch. I'm going to a do a video of me playing the level myself because you did some parts completely different to how I intended. Well done. No there is no BOOM machine. You should learn by now not to take everything by me seriously I also suggest that you check out the 2nd red arrow and see where the bird portal takes you

If I ever do another one I'll make sure the sound is on right.

If you do do one, get the screen recorder box and set it to 640x480 and put it in the top left corner of your screen. That way it will record the game properly, otherwise there will be lots of black space.

Save files can be a problem. I encountered this when testing Scrabania (which was a nightmare) Let's say for example I make a save at the very first checkpoint of my Stockyards variation (the very first screen). If I was to then put Kapteeni's stockyard variation in my AO folder and open up the same save file, objects will be missing, random objects may appear or worst case scenario which I have had is that the game will crash when you try and load. So I can only assume oddman that you have made this mistake.

I haven't used or got any save files. It just doesn't play right. All the objects are there, I just spawn in the background.

Nice levels Kapteeni, I found a few issues though.

-In the Scrabanian Nests the last Scrab was impossible for me to get past, there was no way outside of editing the level to get the scrab to come to the left so you could run to the next screen
-The first scrab in Stockyard never comes back to the right, making it impossible to get past
-In stockyards when you get to the first lever there is a landmine that you can't see before you step on it when entering the screen from the left
-The first lever encountered in stockyards also doesn't do anything and you need to jump through the wall on the same screen to proceed forward
-In the 3rd screen of stockyards you can't see where you are
-In the screen with the two mudokons and massive moon the game crashes when you go left

EDIT: Oops realized that the stockyard variation was by someone else

Apart from that nice work

It's a good level but it's annoyingly dark since it's mainly shadows and the actual background is pure black with a picture of the moon pasted in some screens...

Do you ever know if you're going to get the Rupturefarms one again? It looked like a nice level to play (mainly because you can see everything).

Well I finally decided to create and post my own first variation. It was meant to be a quick edit however it ended up taking a few hours; my god how I wish the editor & objects were better documented.

That's odd, on the first screen the objects work but the game crashes on entry of screen 2. Even if I delete every object off screen 2 the game crashes. I'll ask in the .lvl files thread, hopefully Paul or someone will know the answer.

My Stockyards V3 is comming along fine. Sadly I cannot do anymore cam edits. The cam converter crashes everytime I use it The one's I have managed to edit, all I did was remove the door from E1P06C05 and add signs to E1P06C07 and E1P06C09. But the signs to look rather........cheap.........

What image editor you use?
Thanks, I used Gimp to draw up a rough sketch of the level design and Photoshop to edit and create new cams.

The new cams were made by placing two layers in the image and then removing parts of the top layer to create the foreground (platforms, walls, etc).

The thing is, all the other levels work for me except that one. You might be right but do you mean all levels? Stockyards seem to work every time.
