Little did all of you know that my reputation does not revolve on the respect from the main stream forumers. But that can change very quickly after this summer. I have my own kingdom on these boards in the form of a paticular fic or should I say animated fic that I have been createing with my amazeing mind of oddlicious candy of amazeingness

Yes it is, Its tentative is the actual spelling so sue me I dident know! It is a word found in the dictionary. You ever hear the term "The tentative release date?"

People, It's not coming out in June! They are still working on the final elements of the game and I wouldn't expect to see the words "finished product" for atleast 2 months. Atleast!

I was at a local Media Play and asked one of the employees about the release date. They couldn't find anything on it. If Oddworld Inhabitants was releasing the game in June they probably would have known about it.

PA said in his very first post that June was his prediction, not anything remotely official. It's in the thread title, so I'm also surprised people have been so dismissive here.

Off-Topic, but necessary as my job as moderator, I'm not at all happy at the off-topic in this thread. It even managed to develop into mild offences. I'm shocked more than anything, but I don't want to see anything like that in GD again, or I'll whip out a second warning.

PA also said his prediction was based on some insider info that he had. We wanted to know the source of his info so we could see how authentic it was. When we found out that it was a clerk at FuncoLand, well...that's when I myself was sceptical. After that was when this thread went downhill.

They were telling me that June was a possible release time based on the information they were recieveing. If its not then ok its not! But they never told me at Game Stop that its official! Why are you guys attacking me when I said to not take this as being official word? Geez I just predicted and everybody on here starts bickering about it! I don't understand why a harmless prediction is the end of the world with you guys.

Aaw, Come on! IGN doesn't know crap! They don't even have half the info and pics we do which shows that their recon boyz suck at their job! I wouldn't trust IGN, they rarely have insider info unless one of their recon boyz actually enters the studio for themself and talks to the creator and even then the creator probly doesn't spill much!

IGN's Vincent Lopez was extraordinary with the forever-coming of Munch's Oddysee, with almost regular previews and media updates. Of course, OWI aren't being as forthcoming with the new game. So it's not really IGN's fault. They do have a habit of making silly mistakes, and you can forgive them for not being bothered to go out on expeditions that the majority of the gaming world has heard next-to-nothing about.

It was the producers of E3 I think.

And another thing we know just as much as IGN maybe even less. All of our knowledge is based on assumptions and theories that have to do with the facts everybody recieved even IGN. We don't know the name what if its actually called Stranger's Oddessy. Then our whole theory that only Oddessy games being part of the quintology went down the tubes. We know as much as IGN sorry to say. We know very little about this game only scarse information that OWI has released thus far. And believe me thats not much. It may seem like a lot but there is hell of a lot more! And once again you have proven to me that you don't get what the whole gist of this thread is suppose to be which is very amuseing to me.

There... would be 5 OW games played by now if they did'nt have a problem( not your fault OWI) instead of 3. MO in 2000, Hand of Odd in 2002, ME in 2003/4, and Stranger would be the last OW game on Xbox, lets say in 2005/6.They did say they had lots of ideas
Then Squeek's oddysee in 2006, just in time for the PS3 launch.

But, now Stranger will be relaste 2004. Hopely they could fit all the games on Xbox, includeing Hand of odd. Because it would be hard if they made Squeeks on Xbox2 on the launch day.OWI did say that they would try to make a game, a year.

Who knows what the furture might bring.

Squeek's oddysee i was under the impression that was all mere speculation. I know what they have said about overlooking but I have always been under the impression that the ratz were little more than the raisins eyes.
