Where did you get that? That doesnt mean the world is going to exactly end like that, by that time we proabably will have been inhabiting parts of space, other solar systems and such.

Maybe the Eath is just like in the Hitch Hiker's guide to the Galaxy, the earth is a giant computer who's reason to exist is that the earth is going to answer to all those aliens out there what the Question of life is!?

I believe in what the bible saids what's going to happen to the Earth through revelations. Apocalyspe, Armeggedon, Rature (is not in revelations), dead shall rise, etc.. Nuff said.

In all seriousness, it is impossible for biblical things to happen at the end of the world. The world would still be around wouldn't it? The Apostle Paul says the world will be eaten up and melted by an insanely high temperature. The world will melt away from the Sun. The Bible says it, science says it, your friends on the board say it, and yours truly says it. Don't deny it, the world's gonna fry to a crisp

Um..okay...So what do you really think what would happen? That's what you think right? Where does the apostle paul say that? It saids that the people who believe in God, will be uplifted in a blink of an eye and all trials and tribulations will come and the Earth will be destroyed and people who don't believe in God (some so called christians too who claim they are christians) will be left on Earth with all the chaos, confusion and destruction. God's patience is limited. In all seriousness, I don't think it's impossible for biblical things to happen because God can do anything. Anythings possible with God I think.

Wow I never thought this thread would ever make it back to the first page. I for one do believe in Biblical profacy and some of it has already occured if I am not mistaken.

Mars would not be hospitably warm. Also, what about those monstrous dust storms? Civilazation would be a swirling, dust eroded bitch. But their is an upside: Lots of school cancellations. Anyway, the sun goes supernova and earth is wiped off the face of the universe. I say it, the Apostle Paul says it, scientists say it and your fellow forumers say it. It will happen. That is, if that pesky asteroid doesn't eliminate us in the year 2019. The apostle paul speaks of a melting of the earth. After all the humans, plagues of locust/scorpions, horsemen of the apocalypse,lawyers and other evil things etc leave the earth the third rock from the sun goes to smelters.

Of course the world is going to an end, it is just a matter of time, perhaps it's sound negative but it will happend sooner or later, like..urm...hmmm....two different kinds of aliens are in war and both races need a place to rest, and our planet are perfect, too bad that they just feel resistance here too.

If now aliens approached, is it time for the humanity to show the aliens the real brutality and violence? Or should we try to communicate? No way, we cannot understand each other, perhaps the "F-ck you finger" means "Greetings"?

Any way if the world is going to an end so what the h-ll, we would still be togheter, right?

Hehe, well all I know is that it will happen and are you prepared? Are you prepared to meet your creator or just go into non existant as Aithest would say? What would you do in the end of the world? Pray to God and Bend over and Kiss your a** goodby? Or just look at the devastation that is comming so you can get a front row seat? Steal one of the invadeing alein ships and fly off into the cosmos to avoid the invasion? The choice is yours, but the scary thing is that the end of the world can happen any moment anytime any hour, and any second. And the bottom line is what will you do when it does come? Most likely we won't be living to see such an event but that has the same odds as us expierencing it. scary aint it?

It is indeed scary thats why most of the time I try not to think about the subject. I really dont know though what I would do if I were around when the world ends, its another question within how the world will end.

You'll be dead. The Sun isn't going to explode for Billllllllllllllllions of years. A Comet is coming to earth, however, that is said to miss us (DAMN!!) and if Global Warming gets us? Big deal.

It is very probable that the world will be defaced or disintegrated, for want of a better expession but it will not end. Matter and energy cannot be destroyed and so cannot 'end'.
