Doing that is a bit hypocritical, considering they put him there. OANST, everyone has a right to express their opinions and would even if they weren't, so you can do the shutting up on that issue. Iraq is such a volatile place that no democratic government will ever work there, especially one set up to be favourable to the occupying power. The Americans don't want the Shi'ites in control, because Iran is Shi'ite, but they make up 60% of the population, so they set up a government and rig it to suit them. When they pull out, the Shi'ites will revolt, make the Sunnis refugees, exterminate the Kurds, and be friendly with Iran. Saddam's regime is actually better for the americans than what will happen. Saddam's government was just about the only possibility without substantially rearranged borders.
