Hey let`s not get our panties in a wad.
This is Oklahoma we are talking about here.
They have a Looooong history of moronic laws.

And few, if any, are actively enforced.
But thankfully, this is Oklahoma we're talking about. I've never seen a place with as many old people, smokers, or community churches per capita. Even with those factors, though, I doubt the law will pass. It's too blunt to sway the support of skeptics.
