If there ever was a Stranger 2, then I'd like to see....
A continuation of the epic story that had really only just begun once you finish Stranger's Wrath. I really liked is Guardian like stature that developed towards the end of the game, seeing him in that kick-ass amour just made want to move the camera around him everytime he got an upgrade. It became more of the Oddworld i love, the emotional side started to show through.
I also like how it combined a little history into the story, not a lot, but it was hinting at whats possible. For example the castle like buildings that the grubbs defend and the amour they wear and the talk of how the Steefs used to protect them. And when you reach the end of the game you learn about the Old Steef, its like "What?, the Old Steef? I wanna know more about the Old Steef, i wanna know more about Stranger's origins." That sort of thing, so you can imagin theres a lot to play with, that Stranger isn't just this bounty that's trying to preserve his own life by bagging outlaws, but that he's the only real hope of ever seeing more of his kind, or so it seems. Anyway enough about the story, everyone has there own ideas.
I'd obviously like to see more live ammo. However rather than say 2 or even 3 additions the different ammo types I would like to see a large variety of different critters that you can use. Maybe this seems to many but, being the large place Oddworld is, i think it would show the vastness and diversity of the natural habbitat. And perhaps you only find certain types in certain locations because of their rareness. Someone mentioned secrete ammo, that would be cool aswell, just a couple. And i don't mean in a box, i mean some fish or something swimming around, and you think to yourself hey maybe i can use that as ammo. That sort of thing. However having said on more ammo types, they should be destinctively different in how they affect the gameplay. The stunk was pretty much another form of the bolomite they both stunned the characters, expect the stunk worked on a group and the first type of bolomite worked on only one character, but you get the idea.
I'd like to learn more about the Ocktogi, and i'd like to see more sea life. That's just a personal interest. And also learn more about the grubbs.
I thought the way the world was set out was great, i kept saying to myself "Now this is what Oldworld was supposed to feel like!" The environments just ammazed me, they weren't linear, they all progressed into different atmospheres, extremely detailed. Just amazing, if they could build on this, with perhaps working on the graphics engine to produce some new special effects i'd be really blown away.
