Its hard to pick a favorite concept art because they're all so cool, but the kinto slaves really struck me the first time I saw them. Their backstory and situation make them tragic and likeable, even without faces or any real defining features. I also like their singular hoof-ed toe.
I managed to find the art book [used] a while ago and spent probably an hour just reading it back to front.
