Oh, that picture. I always assumed that was something to do with Citizen Siege or the like, but now you mention it is does look like the Tower of Babel.

I did too, but that tower and all does kinda represent bablyon. maybe that was the only pic of nolyblab, and the others are just fangus clot references. looking back at the pics though, they appear to distantly represent some characters (vykers, wolvarks, slegs, etc.) so maybe they are just old concept art pics.
but now I'm thinking that now the babylon reference is just a reference to the industeriest to be godless and arogant with their amazing technology for their time, like how in the bible, the balyonians tried to build a power to the heavens, because of their arrogance, and therefore maybe nolyblab didn't actually have a tower at all, but if the other pics were in fact old concept pics, not fangus clot pics, then this could have very well have been nolyblab, the first oddworldian city to be shown.

I'm not saying this is nolybab, I have no clue, I was simply pointing out the picture a member was talking about.

The pictures put in the Unrelated sections aren't there for no reason.

If that is Nolybab then holy hell is it cool looking. I wanna know what the city on top of that pole is, perhaps THAT'S the Uguay Estate home.

I agree with you, Munch's Master. If only they'd made Fangus (if that is what game it's from) then there'd be no wondering about it. It makes you wonder what the game would have been like...

Actually (yes I know I'm going slightly off topic) Nolyblab belongs to the quintoligy games I believe, and was may of been featured in the origanal MO. I believe they have a court scene whith the chroniklers in Nolyblab, but I may have well of been mistaken. I think it was supposed to be home of gluckons and kzumerz and such speacies which starred or were going to star in the quintoligy games.
however if these pictures are from the fangus clot, then the city could actually be anything.
and unfortunalty, as Xavier said, we don't know.
