RuptureFarms gets its power killed, then its C.E.O. was killed. That’s all. It was going to reappear in Munch’s Oddysee gameplay, and I think it has a part to play in the continuing story of the Quintology.
If the story of the Quintology is ever continued. I mean, it's been nearly 2 years since we last heard anything new about the movie. I don't think it's going to happen anymore

You're not going to hear anymore about the Oddworld movie while they're still working on Siege, are you? Not when they have nothing else to tell. All they'll probably have now apart from what we've already seen (and played) is an early script, and they're not going to show us that!

Spending as long as I do here, it's easy to forget that Oddworld has actual fans.
There were videos on the Movies of Oddworld bonus DVD (which was shipped with pre‐ordered copies of Stranger’s Wrath in the U.S., and not Europe) that were made for Munch’s Oddysee, but not included in the finished game.
The trials do take place, and they will take place, but haven’t yet occurred in the established canon.
At least, my saying that will hopefully curb this pointless and off‐topic aside.
They weren’t used in the game, yes. Very true. The question should be why they were included in the manual. Maybe they were removed rather last‐minute and there wasn’t time to remove them from the cast list, or nobody thought to.
I can read only small parts of the codes at the moment, the only thing I could read was something about 2 different models of Interns, with or without armor.
What do people think makes a mary sue in Oddworld fanfiction? I'd go start a thread about it, but I'm too scared...Meh, I think I might have some ideas though.

I just had a thought....Everyone thinks Sam is sad. But she has a Shrink to make her happy so she lays eggs. And she keeps on laying eggs, despite the fact most of her children are in slavery. So if she cared, she'd be sad. And Alf says that Sam is a prolific breeder. If she cared, she'd stop breeding and making eggs that would just get put into slavery. Sooooo....I'm confused, does this crazy theory mean Sam is insane or evil? Meh, I've heard she justs lays fewer eggs instead of no eggs at all but...I'm confused.
