Paramite run

I need help trying to get through paramite run... I`ve tried throwing Munch over the fence and carrying him... but keep dying at fences. And there doesn`t seem to be any way to get his wheel chair over the first fence either....any help please???

Did ya know that you can jump with the wheelchair? Just press A when you want to jump...

But you have to be moving to jump in the wheelchair, I can't believe you've gotten that far not knowing that.
