Metroid prime/fusion

Anyone gonna get it, I pre-ordered it, but have to open it for christmas. I have played Prime though, it's really good

I rented prime and I loved it.Many people are saying that its just a cheap redo of unreal tournament and the like, but I say screw that. The graphics are great and the play control rocks.
I'm a metroid fan as you can see.

Metroid rules my favorite was Super Metroid for SNES. That and Metroid 2 for game Boy.

This next one is awesome too bad it doesn't take place on Zebes. Oh well I am sure this will be as challengeing and fun as the originals. And I hope we see metroids in the game. I mean whats metroid without metroids? I just need to get myself a Game Cube.

That new samus is Samus, she has been attacked by a bacteria on this planet, that while normally scare since they are the main food source of the metroids. The destruction of the metroids caused this bacteria to spread. It doesnt completly take over Samus though, I think it just gives here some new powers. I wont spoil the plot anymore now.

That is interesting because in Super Metroid the last remaining Metroid died I think. I don't know I haven't played it in years so I would have to play it again to see.

Anyway who is the main boss of the game for this new one? It's not Mother Brain thats for sure.

I've played both.

I like prime a lot, considering it was FPS.

Fusion I liked better, because I was playing it in psychology [during an utterly pointless lecture] and it was more true to the original series.

both great games, though.

A metroid is a floating organic creature that sort of looks like bubble with wierd structures inside the organisim. It is transparent so you can see threw it and it has these curved set of griping claws underneath that when it attaches it self to you it drains your energy. Basically they are creatures floating in suspended animation. We need someone to post a picture of one here.

In Metroid 2 though the creatures took on a new look like the queen Metroid and her drones plus the organisims. They are interesting creatures.

I wonder if ridleys back? Or Kraid(ridley is the purple guy samus blows up at the begin movie of SSBM, Kraid is the green guy in SSBM 2nd metroid fighting stage)
