What do you think is the most successful industrial race on Oddworld?

Ok this is a pol to see who is the most successful industrial race on Oddworld. In other words which race do you think makes the most success or moolah?

I would have to say The Chroniclers because they are the tax collectors of Oddworld and bankers. To me they seem they would be richer than Glukkens just by the way they dress. Who do you think is the most successful?

well I think Vykkers are, but now theyre labs are destroyed I don't know.

but I'm sure they have other profitables instalations around oddworld

I think that the Glukkons are the sucsessful industrial race on oddworld because they have factories all over the world and must get lots of insurance off the factories and mines and what ever else Abe and his pals have destroyed.

I'd say it's a tie between Vykkers and Glukkons. I chose Vykkers, mainly because... well... I don't really know why. :P

Well, I would have to say Chroniclers because they actually had to loan Maggie some of the money to build Rupture Farms! But Im sure that there are other races out there that be even richer.

no, they are only guards. the pain/torture is the Vykker's work

Glukkons of course! They are going to auctions, building factories, advertising, paying sligs and the others (I think), so they must have lots of moolah!

Actually (Im not sure if this includes all Sligs) some Sligs do get paid. The Sligs from the Slig barracks reigon in Mudos did get paid. Keep in mind that is was a very little amount but it was usefull for buying ammo and various other items. Most Sligs however do get paid in guns, ammo, and mechanical pants, wings, etc. However in the Northern reigon of Mudos (where Munch's Oddysee took place), Sligs getting paid was a very different story. These Sligs get Moolah sent to thier bank accounts where they where then each given ATM cards to use as desired. Usally Sligs would use this money to buy some type of Vykker or Glukkon products in which case the money went right back to their bosses. Another thing Sligs used thier ATM's for was buying upgrad packs, in which case the Slig was immediatly upgraded to a higher rank!

All in all it seems that most of the Sligs in the southern reigon of Mudos don't get paid to much but as you head to the north and more wealthier areas of Mudos the more money you see circulated. I think that this is a hint of Abe and pals getting closer to the big city! Well, what do you think?

Nice bud...I agree with you about the big city approaching...I cant wait to see something like that....In fact it is interesting to see all of these Industrial races becoming a succes on oddworld...All i can say is the natives have allot to fight against

I have a proof that there is some moolah circulating in The SligsBarracs (so logicly for sligs).
Alf give us a picture of a Moolah piece who was found in the barracs. Okay it isn't anymore in use, probably cause there is Dripiks face on it and he is death.

can it be each big factories have his own moolah?

i say that the glukkons are the most succesful ones out of the oddworld thing because the glukkons are the only ones that can be extremlly rich and get up to the ranking of gluk star.

well actually glukkons work with their heads, they yell and make sure everything is going good in the factory and they have a boss above: Maggie...

Vykkers works with their hands but it is pure sadism. infact they enjoy their work and I never heard about a vykker queen or any other boss of the vykkers

Glukkons for sure. They run everything, they are the bosses of the sligs and the Vykkers. But, I don't know why those sligs don't just shoot the glukkons, they can't hurt them. Sligs are wimps.

well if sligs kill theyr boss they will not get moolah anymore to buy armo or gas for their pants... so they will not do it

plus glukkons are not the vykkers boss, they are buisness partners

I think Sligs are affected by something caled "fidelity"
sligs will not kill their bosses, the is no reaseon for them to do that.
