Now I’m certain I’m jinxed

No one has worst luck then me, I believe I'm jinxed, I will tell you the symptoms, but all these events happened on separate accessions, but have all happened with in 3 months.

Symptom #1:

Each Friday as I’m on my way back home from school I miss my bus by about 2 seconds literally, it keeps showing up about 1 minute early and I keep showing up on time, which results in me just missing it, and then I have to wait 30 minutes for the second bus this has happened to me 5 weeks in a row

Symptom #2:

There is only one type of ice-cream I buy from the supermarket in a tub, twice in a row I have seen the last been taking by someone else, and yet all the other types of ice-cream are still there

.

Symptom #3:

I was after a number #16 issues of a spawn comic, when I went all the way to comic store in the city, I found issues #14 #15 #17 #18 #19 and issue #20 but no #16!

Symptom #4:

I returned home early hours in the mourning from a party, a feel asleep on my bed. My cat decided to work all over my stuff and he also decided to hit the play bottom on my stereo, (That had been on full blast from the last time I used it) The sound was so loud that it scared me and my head went ramming into the bars of my bed

Symptom #5:

I was on the train and i always catch the lily dale line to school, as i got on the train i i put on my headphones, to listen to some music, as i was listen to my music, they decided to change the line of the train, whilst i was on the train, i found this out after 10 stops later after the stations decided to change

.

And these are just few of many unlucky things that have happened to me in the past few months

I'm sure if you think about it you'll find just as many instances where you've been lucky rather than unlucky.

Our kind of people are at the top level of existance on earth, we make up a small percentage of the world, so you should be thankful for the fact that public transport is available, you have the opportunity to select different flavours of icecream and that you own a stereo.

...five bad things happened to you in three months. If you really consider that to be such bad luck, then you must have a pretty easy life usually. :S I could see if they happened in a day, or a few days, but come on... They're small gripes compared to things that happen to some people. Besides, things like that happen to me too, also other people. Go to the bookstore, can't find the books that you're looking for, miss the movies, something is sold out, miss a bus etc. Really, they aren't THAT bad. Annoying, but still...

(By the way... I remember in the whale topic you said that it was stupid to complain about whales being killed for no reason, while there are people dying in wars. Well... the same thing could be said here.)

Be easy on the guy now, after all I had the same thing happen to me and its not fun. Although it only lasted three months, I can still remember all the tourtureous events that happened. It seemed as if fate itself was mocking me *looks up, raises fist and screams "Damn you!"*. But it will eventually go away so I wouldn't worry.

*Suddenly my tv blows up behind me, the microwave catches on fire, the lights start flickering. "Oh, no its back!" dundundun....*
