I go for the storyline and the characters. Plus I like the beautiful enviorments these stories take place in.

If this was a question about Oddworld in general, I'd've said levels; Scrabania, Paramonia and RuptureFarms (in fact, the whole of AO) are brilliant.

But if we're talking about AE alone, it'd have to be the characters. The levels didn't really offer me anything new, and they don't have the same atmosphere.
It is a pity that the AE Glukkons were funny rather than scary, though, whereas the AO ones are much more sinister. It's the voices, I reckon... all the AE Glukks have very over-exaggerated voices.

And BM, what's with all the flamey emoticons?

I love all of those things... I love Oddworlds uniuqness! But in the end I voted for the storyline.
