Hey here's a question for you, I heard that in Italy, Peroni is a really cheap beer? Is that true? Over here it's a pretty high quality drink.

Yes you can buy it in supermarkets for cheap. The best italian beer is Menabrea IMHO. My favourite beer is always Tennent's Super.

also if any aussies read this, do Australians generally consider Fosters to be like piss-water/weak? or is it actually liked over there? i know Carling is generally liked over here but it's still considered weak shit, i wondered if it was the same over that way.

No-one would ever be caught dead drinking Fosters in Australia. Fosters is for foreigners and for stupid Australians overseas who would rather have a crappy Australian beer than try something local. But even they would revert to something else when they return.

If you ever want to drink a good italian beer try Menabrea. It's not strong (4.8) but it's got very good taste! I know it's sold abroad with different names.

EDIT: if anyone cares, i just reminded myself of some old brand of squirty polish from when i was a kid, and i remember the logo or mascot being a bloke with a bushy moustache flying an old fashioned aeroplane or something, so i tried to find it and googled "brand of polish man in aeroplane with moustache" and got a fucking landslide of NAZI HITLER MOUSTACHE POLISH NOT POLISH DEATH BOMBS etc. made me laugh, i didn't realize what i was searching.
