very deep meditative state will help you.
I have been learning/practicing meditation for awhile now, although I can't go very deep yet...but I'm working on it.
I seriously recommend any of you who are interested in astral projection, or any thing of the like, to take up some meditation classes....it sounds lame, but it really is a great way to relax.
My instructor has showed me this really deep state...he said your body is basically asleep, or atleast getting the benefits of sleep...i dunno, it's fascinating.fun for me.
