oddworld on PsVita

The Ps vita is out ! huzzah! lol annnyway as we all know Oddworld is on its way to the system so i was just wondering how you would like the guys at Jaw to utlize the new device. Dunno if anybody has played the new Uncharted but some of the puzzles are really innovating like holding to the console u to bright light to see markings on a map, I really think Jaw could come up with some pretttttty exciting stuff

I don't care about the PSVita in any way. If Oddworld does come out for it I still won't care.

Same here, I can't see the system taking off personally and even with Oddworld Inhabitants confirmed as a third party developer I still won't be buying one.

I may have access to one if my boyfriend gets one, but I don't think I'll be buying Oddworld for it. I want it in all its glory on a big(ish) screen!

The only handheld I would love Oddworld to be on is the 3DS but we all know that isn't going to happen.

3D is an overrated gimmick, I don't particularly want Oddworld to be reduced to that.

Though it would be amusing to see Slig body parts fly out of the screen at you.

I don't want to get into a argument but the 3DS is the best thing that has come out of this gimmick. It is amazing. Seeing Abe's Oddysee/Exoddus on the 3DS would be so good. It will just work.

I am agreeing with the 3D gimmick is overrated though. The 3D TVs and the Cinema is a load of bollocks, I hate wearing them stupid glasses. But it just works for handheld gaming.

3D on the 3Ds is quite good, although I hear that some people simply can't see it. I was very impressed when I first got a go on one.

I'll probobly get one, I like playing games on the move and there's a few launch titles I'd like to see. Lots of functionality, apps, and FINALLY, a second Analogue Stick, not "Analogue Nub"! It's pretty much like having a little PS3 in your pocket! ^__^

Not to mention playing old PSone classics when out and about, like Spyro and Crash Bandicoot and I also bet the original PSone Oddworld games will still look great downloaded from the PSN to the PSVita on that nice bright OLED screen! : D

Btw, Is it true that Strangers Wrath and Munch's Oddysee are coming to PSVita?

I've always wanted to take Munch's Oddysee on the go with me, i'd definitely buy the system if AO:HD came out for it.

I really don't get when people say that a system is going to fail as soon as its launched :S the vita is selling shit loads and as soon as call of duty and monster hunter release its gonna take off big time. Plus I don't think there's a been a system that's 'failed' since the 90's. especially not a handheld...maybe the nokia n-gage but that was more mobile as opposed gaming device and perhaps the psp go but that was just a single iteration of the psp which was pretty successful as a whole. I think oddworld is being really smart by getting onto the vita early as there isn't many decent games out just yet

and i have to admit oddworld would look awesome on the 3ds but as amazing as oddworld is there being totally backwards when they say they wont develop for nintendo ;-/ plenty of other small devs do and it must be worth their while.

So far, I think the Vita is very impressive. Miles better than the PSP in my opinion. I do have faith that it will do well, and I'm becoming tempted to play Oddworld on it.

Are all the assets in this game the HD versions, or have they been dialed down a tad to make them run on the Vita?
