If you like to complete your games 100%, you'll no doubt be unable to resist finding the 10 hidden Rupturefarms barrels filled with Mudokon Pops in SWHD! You'll also know, undoubtedly, that when you spend hours searching every nook and cranny for hidden collectables, you do somewhat miss out on following the story of the game at its natural pace.
Here's a quick guide of where to find them- so you can sit back, enjoy the story, and don't have to spend your time looking in all the places where there's nothing to find!

It goes without saying really- SPOILERS!
Barrel 1: Gizzard Gulch (town)
The first barrel can be found in Gizzard Gulch, right next to the gate that leads to Buzzarton. There's a fence in the way at first, hiding it from view, but smash it out of the way and you can claim your first barrel! Remember that you need to actually smash them for it to count!
Barrel 2: Dead Hen's Pass (Filthy Hands Floyd)
Rarely do you have the chance to go back to get a barrel at a later point if you miss it first time round. This barrel on the way to bounty Filthy Hands Floyd must be smashed during that mission.
Moving through Dead Hen's Pass, you will come across a crane, holding a boulder right above some unsuspecting outlaws. But before you squish them, take a look at the mine entrance up on the cliff face- there's a tricky barrel sitting just inside. You'll need to shoot this one!
Barrel 3: Buzzarton (town)
This one's fairly simple. Opposite the General Store, there is a big ramp. Run to the top, and follow the path round. The barrel is hiding behind a stack of regular crates.
Barrel 4: Junk Yard (Packrat Palooka)
On the way to bounty Palooka in the junk yard, you will come across many green and brown metal structures that act as cover. But be sure to check inside them! Sometimes there are crates with Moolah inside, and on one occasion there is a hidden barrel. You'll need to shoot this one through the gap, since you can't get inside.
Barrel 5: New Yolk City
This one's tricky! At the very back of the city, the road turns off to the left- and it looks empty apart from some crates and bins. If you jump up the boxes in the back corner however, you can reach a secret area, which contains barrel number 5. Don't worry if you already smashed the boxes! Whilst you can no longer get up to the secret area, you can jump and shoot the barrel from on top of the bins. There's nothing else up there! Oh, and in case you haven't found the Black Market yet (there's a trophy for that!), it's just in front of this secret area. Look for a rope to climb in the main city street. You'll be told to get a password too, so go talk to some Clakkerz!
Barrel 6: Skycar station (Fatty McBoom Boom)
To get to Fatty, you need to speak to Skycar Joe, and ride the skycar to the top of the cliff. At the top, you will need to navigate the wooden corridors to eventually get outside. Right before you exit the station, turn around! At the very top of the ramps, there is a cluster of metal crates. Jump to the top of these, and look to the right- hidden in the rafters is barrel number 6! You can jump up and hit it, but shooting does the trick easier
Barrel 7: Wolvark Barracks (corridors)
It's quite a while between barrels 6 and 7, which can feel as though something's been missed! Never fear! Making your way through the barracks you will find some toilets (for the 'Go with the 'Flo' trophy, head to the bottom of this guide now!), followed by some rooms of bad guys, and eventually you will get to some sloping corridors. The tendency is to run fast down these and leap the boxes, but slow down! Behind one of the obstructions, hidden from view, is barrel number 7.
Barrel 8: Wolvark Barracks (big spiralling room... thing...)
Later on in the barracks, you will come across an unmistakable towering chamber, with a walkway spiralling round the edge. It's an interesting part of the level- which is why it's so easy to miss the climbable rope running straight up the middle! Jump on, climb up, and at the top there is a platform, opposite the exit doors. Barrel 8 is at the back.
Barrel 9: Sekto Springs (canals)
When you first enter Sekto Springs by boat, you'll need to navigate a series of aqueducts and canals. Eventually, there's a ramp off to the right, where you'll need to fight your way to a button to open the next door. Before doing that though, row the the very end of the canal, to where the doors are closed. Looking left, there is a platform, on which sits barrel number 9. You'll need to jump out of the boat to make it- jumping from the water does't get you high enough.
Barrel 10: Sekto Springs (blowing up)
On the way to confront Sekto in his office, you will hear the Grubs on the speaker system telling you to hurry up! The place starts to explode, and you have three minutes to get out! So don't waste your precious time searching for collectables early on! There's nothing to find until you reach the open, winding ramp leading you upwards towards the ceiling. Jumping over the blockade, you will reach the final path which runs up to Sekto's office. Stop for a moment, turn to the left, and you will find the last barrel sitting right in the open! Congratulations! If you've smashed all the barrels so far, then expect the 'Free the meat' trophy to pop up any second!
Extras!
'Go with the 'Flo' trophy (Wolvark Barracks)
This trophy, for finding the hidden medicine bottles, is pretty easy if you know where to look! In the room just before the toilet area, there is a huge stack of crates! Smash the ammo crates, and make your way up- at the top, you will see a vent-like opening in the wall. Jump in, and make your way to the end of the tunnel until you get to some bottles of Butt-flo! You don't need to do anything- just passing through will trigger the trophy!
'Dirty water' hidden trophy (Wolvark Barracks)
This hidden trophy requires you to enter the barracks through the secret entrance! When you arrive at the barracks, you fight your way through a shipping area full of cranes, shipping containers and turrets! Past the slog handlers, you will follow the path round to the left, eventually coming to some doors. Opening these will lead to the regular entrance- BEWARE! Once inside, the doors close, and you'll have missed the secret! Instead, turn away from these doors and work your way around the right hand side of the platform until you get to a small slope leading down to the water. There's a button, and a huge drainage tunnel. Simply hit the button, open the drain, jump down and follow the corridors to get this trophy, which takes you to the first part of the barracks. You don't miss anything!
