Idea Possible Abe's Exoddus PSX Prototype Exist?

Today when i went to my YouTube channel page i saw "Fusionbly"s comment about this.

I found this very interesting to share/tell. It seems there is small change for Prototype Abe's Exoddus.

I'm very interested. :P
But there is a rumor that Abe's Exoddus Prototype may exist.

Seems like unfinished screens being made up rather than an actual prototype, that's just mi opinion though.

I do think the Necrum cams we got are much better than the prototype ones,

The earlier screenshots look like Necrum is really high up.

That Abe's Exoddus prototype post was hes latest post, so I'm afraid that more information never come, but I realy hope that person gives to me more info about that prototype sooner or later.

I would like to point out that most of those screens are just the finished screens minus all moving animated objects (not including things that would make the level unplayable).

If only the greeters were kept that size...

What I find interesting is the screenshot of the Brewery with the flying slig and slog, because of the green background, I'd love to know what Zulag that was going to be, or it could have even been a Zulag 4

yeah, its going to be interesting to see how JAW tackle abe HD as they could do some cool things with moving cameras but also because the end of one screen doesn't always match the start of the next.

I spend some time the other day spotting where assets were reused, some cool things came up where they'd reuse something but edit parts of it so it would fit together with another prop. however this being 2d renders it looks like they just used an eraser tool to 'rub' holes in. something you can't do with 3d :O

Is that the actual screenshot that was used on the back of the box or did they use a gameplay shot that would have at least have Abe on it?

Yeah, at that time it was very confusing. Especially that first one in Abe's Oddysee back cover. Maybe they removed Paramites, because Scrabs can attack to Abe, even if they were alone, unlike paramites.
