Not saying that 15 years for a $100 bill is justified, mind you. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if that amount of time was because it was a repeated criminal; three-strikes-and-you're-out and all.

I find this to be a recurring problem with comedy manga. Nothing is left up to the reader to figure out and the punchline is so oversaturated it nullifies any effect the visual humour had.

the first one was a great blockbuster, the second one was all the special effects of two great blockbusters without a script to tie it together. Thanks to the writers' strike, of course. It's not a horrific non-film, but it's just very, simple? is the word.

First one is fucking great though, and apparently the early reviews of the third film say it's just like it.

The characters made no plausible sense, their decisions were repeatedly illogical, the plot was far-fetched even by the standards of blockbuster fantasy/sci-fi and Shia Labouef and whatshername had sex on Bumblebee's bonnet. That's just plain wrong.
