I took a look at their sub-domain site, http://www.forumcommunity.net and I think I should make a new forums about Oddworld. Maybe an RPG site ...? Who thinks that's a good idea?

But there's a perfectly good RPing section on this forum. (Good does not refer to the quality of the posts. I've never read any of them, so I wouldn't know)

Oddworld doesn't need anymore Forums. This place is near enough official anyway.

These forums are in no way official. They're approved and known of by OWI/OM, but they have nothing to do with it's running.

Chances are if you went off and made your own exclusively RP Forum, it would fail miserably. This place has an RPG subforum and has been running smoothly for a decade. All other oddworld-themed forums are either foreign or go belly-up in a month. This is also the only fan forum recognized and sanctioned by OWI, and the only one run by webmasters who have all shook Lorne's hand at one point or another.

I'd love a new RP forum but, as with Sekto, it would die horribly in a pool of it's own stagnant bile in a month.

Just create a new RP (not forum) here.
