It could well be another suit as Nate said. The second picture is his publicity photo to inspire his slaves, while the first is just the way he had it that day. Or he could have an evil twin with a reversed suit.

the suits could work both ways, when it is on one side the button for the other side is hidden by the suit.

Just to let you know the fibulae like button is nearly always on the right (wearer's perspective) of the suit.
