The first article I read on this when I got home didn't mention that no one was injured or killed besides the shooter himself. Made me worry for a bit, since one of my best friends goes to UT, he's fine though. Still scary stuff.

Before I read that it was Austin, I thought to myself 'That building in the photo looks familiar'. I was there a few years ago; it's a beautiful campus. And that building has Hebrew letters carved in to the window frames, for some reason.

All of which is to say, I have nothing to actually contribute to this topic other than the fact that I've been there. And Texans are crazy.

They probably would've find out. Usually when someone dies, they have a ceremony/funeral thing at the school they went to. Might be different in College/Uni, though.
