Walvarks take a crap in those toilets. There are toilets and bathrooms on Oddworld evidence from Abe's Exoddus and Stranger's Wrath and how we read that fleeches are flushed down the toilet and into the sewers when they get to be too big and dangerous pets for Glukkons. I am guessing Slurgs eat poo which is down in the sewer or else where. Everything is connected and it starts with poop at the extreme bottom of the food chain where perhaps Squeek might be living!

If anything though, it would be an avian system of defecating, not mammalian.

Now I know this is an Oddworld, and we've already all discussed how such things cannot always be related to real world biology (in the female mudokon thread I do believe), but to prevent there from being a DO MUDOKONS PISS? thread - if anything, Mudokons defecate and urinate at the same time, like real world birds:

Are you sure you're not looking at the umbillical cord?

Looking closely, there is a little nubbin that you might also be referring to, but it's coming out of the fetus' arse, below the tail. That would be one strange wang.

In any case, it's unlikely that those fetuses are actually meant to be Mudokon babies. Apart from anything... Muds hatch from eggs.
