And I also hope they aren't mini games. I wouldn't mind seeing smaller projects like SligStorm coming to light however. I'm sure an 8 man team would be able to handle such a project.

You know, you could just look at his account with your own two eyes instead of bumping this thread every couple of days so some poor schmuck has to say "No". You could even join Twitter yourself, or at least subscribe to the account's feed, to have each tweet delivered to you. That goes for everyone. If you want to know the latest AbeMudokon activity, just look at it. Anyone asking again gets infracted.

Posting the latest tweets to share and discuss them is, of course, fine.

The answer is "No", by the way.

Hmmmm, possible for ps3, only a slight chance I am afraid, but I think it will be for the Nintendo 3DS. BUMMER.
I don't want to buy anything from Nintendo if I can help it. But that's what I thought about the Xbox too, but I just had to buy it for Oddworld.
Though if there really comes a Metal Gear Solid on the 3DS, I think I will buy one!

Oh well... At least AO and AE were nice games to have played again after such a long time. As said before: I can go for another 5 years

(Bring the rope guys!) Currently busy with MO, but I seem to dislike that more than when I played it the first time. I think my Oddworld love blindness had faded away a bit over the years of waiting.

I did get that vibe in the VG247 interview but he's probably speaking from a developer/business perspective. I might be a fan of Nintendo for some of their games and innovations, but I find that their business model consists of costly hardware with short lifespans and limited software support/online functionality.

Most of that reasoning is more akin to the X-box than any of Nintendo's products. Which is another catagory, I wonder whats reasoning behind the X-Box getting dibs on the new Oddworld game.

I wasn't aware they already announced what platforms the new games will be on. Knowing Lorne's fetish for digital distribution I think that the new games will all be downloadable on the PSN, Xbox Live, Steam and the iPhone App Store. Certainly not restricted to a single platform, that would be silly. The titles they are releasing now are nowhere near exclusive worthy.

I think that lycaon17 might be about a decade behind on his news. OWI's Xbox exclusivity contract hasn't been in effect since they were dumped by Microsoft in 2003ish.

I want Steam or normal distribution, OWI and JAW would lose quite large profit, if they wouldnt do a PC versıon of games. But even if not I would be happy on WiiWare release (I know that there is 0% chances for that, but anyway).

I think he's referring to Gravity Crash, given that the person he was replying to was assuming there had been an actual announcement about a game

As long as it's on Xbox 360 then I'm generally happy, even though I'll have to borrow the console from my brother as I no longer own one (oops!). Hopefully the new game(s) will get a proper boxed release and not just be digital download gubbins. I miss the excitement of going into a store and physically purchasing a game. Although I admit, I've not done that now for about six years, as there's been little worth buying IMHO.
