What Happened to Sherry McKenna?

I noticed most people are talking about "Lorne Lorne Lorne!"

What exactly did happen to Sherry?
I know this is a rather short thread but I just wanted to know

I've always thought Sherry should get a little more attention, she plays/played a pretty large role in Oddworld.

Also, that article is old. I wouldn't pay much attention to it anymore.

Sherry is a wonderful person, very passionate about Oddworld and the entertainment industry and things she cares about. Her role in Oddworld has been critical. But it's easy to see why she isn't as prolific in critical and fandom circles. For one, she is less prolific, prefering to let Lorne take the spotlight for a lot of things. For another, she's not strictly a creative force behind the characters or story.
