Dubstep is getting pretty big around the Dallas area, I guess you could say it's the new trendy musical movement. There's quite a few dedicated dj collectives and dedicated weekly dubstep events in the metroplex, it's a sound that appeals to the ravers and the stoners and the drunkards alike. A few of my friends are really into scene, and have banged out some pretty solid tracks over the course of recent history (and some ehhhhh ones, at least in regards to my picky taste in the genre).
