Worst Film ever?

Think back. What is the worst film you have ever seen? Mine is simply any animated Disney film, past, present, or future. This is because 1) There's always a moral staring you straight in the face. 2) There so sickeningly predictable they make you puke. 3) They 'let' you 'experience' the 'magic' of Disney. Sigh.

Spies like us Block buster cast NO story to speak of NO direction anyone should have claimed NO vision because it was made for money NO doubt it was made to be a comedy but it even fails that.

The worst movie I think is "The Mummy" it was really crap the director didn't even know what he wanted a comedy or horror its rated M there is no swearing in it and the jokes were lame. I hated that movie.

The Way We Were. One of the few movies I've ever fell asleep in the middle of. I completely disagree with Munchy on Disney cartoons -- some are crap, for sure, but some are great. Especially when watching with your gabbit tadpoles.

Which kind? The modern ones or the 'classics'. The new ones are okay by comparison to the godawful old ones. Snow White DVD, anyone? Oooh, I'm feeling queasy again....

I think the newer ones tend to be better, and to tell you the truth I haven't seen that many "classics." There are some that are good, though. When I was a little kid I had the soundtrack LP to Peter Pan, and I still love that movie. 101 Dalmations is good -- I love to hate Cruela DeVil, and her minions remind me of sligs, only dumber (is that possible?). I think Snow White doesn't go away because it was the first of its kind, and was regarded as an incredible technical achievement, although the story doesn't interest me that much. I don't know if you have kids, but that shades your perceptions a lot. I like Barney, too. He would have made me puke before I had kids, but I like him because he's kind and gentle and all my kids adored him at one time in their lives.

The worst film I ever saw was Scream. It was horribly unfunny and not remotely scary, had a wafer-thin plot and stupid characters.

anyone familiar with the cable show Mystery Science Theater 3000? Watch any episode and you'll wonder what sick, twisted minds there are in some moviemakers heads. To watch the movies on the show without any riffing is pure death, one that cannot match all of the Scream movies out together! (well, almost)

Yes, any film on MST3K... Manos, the Hands of Fate, perhaps? Maybe Eegah... or, perhaps, Final Sacrifice... Mr.Boj speaks the truth. Watching some of those films could be pure torture... i don't know how Joel and Mike kept their sanity.

It has to be Alien Ressurection. If your a fan of the series, just pretend that Ressurection never happened, oh and the third one. I just pretend that the story ended at the second film.

Yeah, when you use "classics" and "godawful old ones" in the same sentence to describe the same thing, I can pretty much tell that you're not using the term for its standard laudatory properties.

So what's the point? I should have ignored your question? I'm not allowed to disagree?

Pret a Porter.

That film is really boring. It's about a fashion show in Paris. At first, you think you know what the story is. A man dies in his car and the man that was with him is accused of murder. But after that, you get the fashion show stuff, and multiple stories of the people there. Really confusing, and it let's you think: What is this film about? It's stupid, boring, confusing and loooooooooooooooooooooong at the same time. Do I have to say more??????

Of course not! I was just making sure that you knew that I was being sarcastic because when stuff is being typed its sometimes hard to understand the tone that's being used. Thats all! You shouldn't ingnore (I hope) my question and you are allowed to disagree. I said that I thought that Disney films are crap and you disagreed. That's great! This topic (and come to mention it, Forum) is about opinions!

p.s. When I gave reasons about why I hate Disney films, they were actually only about the older ones.

Sorry, Munchy.

When you asked me if I knew you were being sarcastic I thought that you were saying that I should have figured out that I shouldn't even talk about the "classics" because you thought they were crap. I guess that's the problem with communicating strictly through text.

That's cool.

I suppose I went over the top when I was talking about Disney films. So, in light of Doug's earnest arguments, I have been persuaded that Disney films aren't that bad! Therefore, my new
no. 1 most hated film is *fanfare plays in background, tension rises to uncontrollable levels amoung fellow Oddworlders * Joseph: the musical! Utter cack-filled pants!
