Yes, Banner King, you are right. Your essay is very detailed and I like it and I agree with you.

Banner King, I don't think anyone said "I wish RuptureFarms was longer with the condition of it being on one disk". I would have no problem with AO being two, even three disks if it meant quality gaming.

I always thought there were only 99 mudokons left because most of them had already been made into Mudukon Pops.

I dunno, Molluck only pitched the idea moments before the game started.

Good point; I never thought of that. I suppose you could justify it by saying that he fell off that high ledge and landed at the start of Zulag 1. Perhaps there was no other way to get back up to that point other than going through Zulags 2-4.

Or maybe he just ran really far and that bit was 'edited out'.
It certainly didn't take long for security to be alerted.

What do you mean? The Sligs in the Stockyards? Isn't patroling part of their typcial routine?

No, I mean: how long passed between Abe discovering Mudokon Pops and his wanted poster popping up all over the factory to the melodious (and temporary) tune of the alarms?

Well, that security camera saw him running away, and given the AI of Oddworldian technology seems pretty advanced, it was probably able to recognize him and alert the rest of the factory fairly quickly. I wonder how much time passed between "I had a destiny" and the point at which you actually start playing.

Bear in mind Abe has blue skin and sewn lips, so he sort of stands out in a crowd of Mudokons. Also, I'm certain every Mudokon worker has a file complete with a mug shot (or "Mud shot" as I like to call it *snort*). They probably ripped his file as soon as AI or slig security forces recognized him on camera and printed his picture within minutes.

Something that has puzzled me since i realised why Abe has blue skin is he's very easy to spot. Wouldn't the all knowing "cosmic powers that be" who made him the saviour not make him so easy to pick out and so to assassinate?

He's not the only blue skinned Mudokon. As the opening FMV and Native guards prove.

I also think the stockyards should be longer - i mean its such a cool and scary environment and I think they could have made a whole level out of it.
I agree, I also like the music in it too!
