OK, just to let you guys in the loop of this hole story, i'm only planning on posting 4 more chapters. Two will be tonight, the next two I don't know about. I know this one was kind of short, but, I have another Fanfic coming out as soon as I finish this one. I will tell you three things about it. #1: The story is about a Clakker. #2: The story will have a new chapter atleast once every two days. The chapters are going to made to seem more like journals, except it's not going to say I everytime the main character talks. And finally, #3: I'm going to make this one much, much longer. And if I forget to post on the day right after one, I will be posting the day after that day. Enjoy chapters 9 and 10. Oh yeah, I think we should have a "Greatest Recent Short Fanfic" contest after I start my next one.
Note: These two might be a little shorter than most, but it is supposed to be that way because it tells the tale from both sides in this...well, you'll find out.
Chapter Nine: Mudokons,Unite!
Klartali stood in the midst of atleast three hundred mudokons, all from four different tribes. Klartali's tribe and the other three were the only ones left in the forest on account of the rising slig attacks. Klartali stood next to the other village chiefs, looking past there warriors and at the giant force slowly emerging from the destroyed area of trees infront of them. Klartali and the other chiefs waited awkwardly as they looked forward, somewhat scared, but hopeful that they could win this giant battle. By the time the sligs had cleared out the trees, the appointed "general" (Klartali) pointed out and said, "ATTACK, MUDOKONS, ATTACK!!"
The first four rows of mudokons charged in, spears raised, to meet the first few waves of slig and outlaw soldiers. Spears and clubs clashed, guns were shot, good mudokons went down. Klartali's appointed assistant signaled for the archers to fire off the first round, and the red-feathered arrows rained death upon select ranks in the enemy battle force. For a minute, just a minute, it seemed to Klartali that this would be over quickly, but, in that minute, things changed.
A giant tank emerged from behind the enemy, and propelled giant bombs into the mudokon army. In a few seconds dozens of mudokons were blown to bits and crushed. The fight looked grim to Klartali, but amid the army of weakening mudokons, he saw a small group of shamans focusing there combined powers into a giant bolt of thunder, and it struck a path through the sligs and into the tanks front, blasting a giant hole in it. So, this would last as long as Klartali thought....
Chapter Ten: Sligs, Smash!
"Oh Odd!! I'm unfire, I'm unfire! Someone set me out now!!!" Mugol ran around outside of his tank in a fuss, until finally he rolled around and the fire was off him. The tank was still burning, but he was OK and that was what mattered. His commanders couldn't see him like this, Mugol thought to himself, and quickly jumped up with his head held high and said, "Briggens! Crush those Mud freaks!" and was answered by a, "Yay! I make you proud master! Me bash Mud skulls!" and multiple loud stomps as his pet commander stormed through the ranks of sligs and outlaws and into the rows of mudokons, smashing through loads of them at a time.
In the fight he could see Urgoth, laughing like a psycho and shooting like a crazed-man, and a few feet away from him was Larzen, getting bashed in with enemy clubs and getting stabbed with spears. Larzen fell beneath them, and to his grim happiness, Mugol smiled. "Serves him right for screwing up the work earlier..."
He sighed as he wished that the puny and weak Clakkerz had joined him in his fight. True, they were weak, but what they lacked in strength they made up in numbers. He saw another lightning bolt hurtle through his forces, destroying quite a big fraction of his force. Briggens came over to him and said, "Master, this is not looking good! Maybe we go back to Clakker Town?"
"No, you stupid idiot! We have them right where we want them, and besides, I hav-" he was cut off in mid-sentence when a giant lightning bolt ripped through Briggens' mid-section and the impact of it hit him to the ground, and then all was black...
