Scrabs clearly have the same abdominal muscles for pectoral limbs, which is particularly noticeable in the Shrykull fusion.

And Ive never understood why scrabs have muscles for non-existant arms (if Ive got that right).

Not exactly, as Paramite have forearms, and Scrab have all four legs attached to the base of their torso.

That's kinda why I said torso, rather than 'torso and arms'.

I'm not sure if im the first to post this in this thread, fore i'm too lazy to read it all, but in WoW in outland, there's a creature that's almost EXACTLY alike to the scrabs.

A Caterpie is based off a caterpiller, which has more in common than a Caterpie would ever have.

Well I'll be damned...those HL critters do look similar to Scrabs and Paramites, and that green thing looks almost exactly like a Scrab.

That big red thing out of the new Star Trek movie looks a little like a paramite.

You can't see the back half, but I think it has two more pointy legs.
