Brawl

Wanted to create this thread because I wanna let you guys know about a nasty story that happened, so that you can think about it. It's something that is really important. It made me think a lot.

Okay, now imagine that:

Today I was at an amusement park and suddenly I saw that there was a brawl starting close to me. I noticed it because I heard angry sounds from the two boys who had a fight and cheering from the guys who watched it. And the aggressive moves of the boys were very conspicuously too...
I went closer to it and watched it because I was curious. I mean, tell me somebody who just ignores a brawl! However, when I saw it, I didn't cheer like the other people who watched it. Not at all.
In the end of the fight, the boy threw his enemy on the ground with a very loud noise. Then he took his hat, that he has lost in the fight, and left with a pissed face.
The cheering of the watchers became quieter when they noticed that the boy lying on the ground didn't get up. He was barely conscious. And the cheering died immediately when they, and I, saw that there was blood on the ground.
"Oh, shit!!", I thought. That boy got wounded on the back of his head! Right then, people sat down close to him to help him and there were also people who looked for cops to get that cowardly bastard who just has run away.
Man, I should have stopped him when I had the chance to, but in this moment I was too confused. This all happened too fast.
The wound of this guy on the ground still kept bleeding and soon his head was lying in a puddle of his own blood. Damn, that image I saw still burns in my mind. I felt so sorry for him...
The boy who did this to him has to pay for this, definitely. To pay for the fight, this wound and that he just ran away!

I still don't know whether they got him, though. He was gone already, I didn't see him. But there were many cops and even other people running to the direction where he went. And there were more police men coming by the cars later, too.

What I hate most in this story, besides the brawl, were the cheering people. I really hate them. Brawls are not fun and will never be. It's an unfair kind of uncontrolled punishment that gives more pain that anybody truly deserves.
Don't ever cheer when you see persons who're having a brawl, even if you think, the brawl's not gonna be that nasty.
Because you never know.

This is was a brawl really is like, guys!

Never cheer for people who starts a brawl and never start a brawl yourself.

Indeed. Ouch! You never think you'll actually witness things like a brawl like that, but then one day it all comes crashing and you might see someone laying probably on Death's doorstep after the fight.

I bet if he had blood pooling around his head, he probably suffered from a cracked skull or brain injury.

Ouch that head injury sounded nasty any idea what happend to the guy who was injured or the the other guy.

I know how you feel. In the 9th grade I was a very shy not confident guy. A fight broke out right next to me between these two girls. The only reason I noticed the fight was becuase one of the girls got pushed into me. She got back up and started fighting the first girl, but just watching them fight sickened me. I kept my back to the girls while many students gathered around them in a circle cheering. Eventually the security broke past the circle and tore the two girls apart. I watched as the security took the girl that had been pushed into me away. She had looked so fine seconds ago but now she was crying and blood was all over her face.
I've regretted never stepping in to do something for awhile now, but I decided to learn from my mistakes and stop dwelling on it.

In 11th grade I was just doing my assignment as the English teacher had stepped out of the room to get some work sheets. Though I was oblivious to this at first two guys were throwing things at each other for some sort of a game. Then one of them got hurt and they started trying to hurt each other. Once their tempers flared they got up and started beating on each other. I didn't notice until a desk was pushed into my own hindering my ability to write. When I saw those two guys fighting I knew immediately what I had to do. I got up from my desk and walked past the cheering people and grabbed one of the fighters and pulled him outside of the ring of cheering people. Then I just spent a good 3 minutes standing between the two guys repeating the only thing that came to mind at the time, "You don't want to do this."
Once those three minutes passed the teacher came back with her work sheets and was surprised to see all the desks thrown to the side. With the teacher's presence people started to calm down and one of the attackers just left the room. I'm not the strongest guy in the world and I'm not exactly tall either. But hell will freeze over before I just stand and watch people get hurt.

The fight that SM was talking about sounds suspiciously like one my friend James told me, only it was at a beach and was apparently over a girl.

Oh, and my friend was one of the people fighting, imagine that.
He beat up some dutch guy and I ingored to urge to quote One of the Austin Powers movies.

I think so. Once he tried to move his head and get up but the helpers told him not to and to calm down.

I've gotten into fights before and vomited on the people I am fighting with, like a defence mechanism.

Coincidentally, usually I've been eating some acidic food prior to.

I also puked on two people who were fighting, I lolled at them actually, I just fell down laughing.
(Well away from my pile of bile.)

This is insane! Although I would be a prick and ignore the fight. This does remind me of yesterday, I went to a wedding and while I was at the wedding there was ANOTHER wedding at the moment [get it?]. Well, anyway, when I left we were looking for our van, but there were a bunch of cops and an ambulance. A body was being rolled with a giant blanket over it. o_o

The story is at the other wedding there was a brawl and one person took out a gun and shot the other one. I think.

Near the end of school a fight broke out. It was this kid that was about 5' 7" trying to beat on a kid that wasn't even 5 feet tall. I pulled the bigger kid away, cause the teacher was across the classroom and the people were just standing like a bunch of idiots. Funny part was, the short kid got a busted lip, the tall one broke his wrist.

I ussaly avoid fights, (I dont get into full blown ones. I did once at primary school. That moron got me first though. Phah, young males these days.>~<) Though I will get involved if my friends are getting whacked at. Im stupidly loyal in that way.

Even though it's usually just a bit of fun between me and my mates, often they hurt themselves more trying to punch me or something, heh.

That sounds really painful, though I've never seen a particularly big fight myself, I know what head injuries are like, been knocked out before, and before that I was just plain injured...

That probably explains alot, actually XD

You get into more fights as a young one than you do as you get older.

Fist fights, I should say, otherwise your having a flame war with some Batsh!t insane evangelist who should take a good look at their life.

I've never had fights. And I don't intend to. I'm just one of "those guys standing back there".
There have been a few brawls that happened, but nothing this serious. I didn't even pay attention to it. I promised myself to "stop a brawl if I directly witness one". But I was always too chicken to do it. Maybe one day...

I'm kinda a small chick, and so not the best person to step in and separate a couple of brawlers...but once in the shopping centre where i worked there was a full on b*tch fight....and the bigger of the two was fully pummeling the smaller girl. And the screams! Tore through the brain! Took several security guards to pull them off each other.....scary

But way to go Venks! Takes guts to step in....Go with non-conformity!

I was once in religion class when a fight broke out, everyone immediately whipped out there cellphones, etc...

The worst part was that it was over some guy, who I know personally and is a thieving dick.

Actually, I was part of a fight in religion class, I almost threw the guy out of a 3rd story window, yeah, I am huge.

Thing is, it was because who coudl'nt shut his mouth, he would not shut up. ever, and he started bothering a friend of mine and I snapped, hurtled across the classroom, body slammed him and almost broke some of his ribs, almost.
